Microthought Network announced today it will be taking orders for a new data center that will be connected to
"The Cloud" via a proprietary magnetic network. The magnetic network has taken over 10 years to develop and is
an offshoot technology developed by MTI the parent company of Microthought Network.
The data center will sit on the edge of the new magnetic network and will connect thousands of traditional servers to the
magnetic network.
What does this mean for customers- no cellular connections, no broadband connection but a direct magnetic connection
to the new network. Customers are charged a flat rate for for the connection to the network. This will allow them to
surf the net, make phone calls, and view media. Ceo Mike McCarty stated" this is a game changer" it will change
communications as we know it. No more slow connections, no more metered broadband, no more traditional means of delivery.
